Conference Details : The PH Community Conference and Scientific Sessions is a unique annual event that brings together individuals living with pulmonary hypertension (PH), their caregivers, medical professionals, and researchers to share knowledge, foster connections, and work toward improving the lives of those affected by PH. This inclusive conference is comprised of two cornerstone events: the PH Patient & Family Symposium, which focuses on empowering and educating PH patients and their loved ones, and the PH Scientific Sessions, a collaborative gathering of leading healthcare professionals and researchers dedicated to advancing PH care and treatment.
