It lets visitors browse events by topic, country, city and attendance type, and lets organizers submit their conferences for listing. We are a listing platform only. Unless clearly stated otherwise, we do not organize, host, run or endorse the conferences listed on the Site.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to use the Site, and at least 18 years old to create an organizer account. If you register on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these Terms on its behalf.
3. Organizer Accounts
If you create an organizer account, you agree to:
give accurate, current and complete information, and keep it up to date
keep your login details confidential
accept responsibility for all activity under your account
tell us immediately at contact@internationalconference.info if you suspect unauthorized use of your account
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these Terms.
4. Conference Listings
4.1 Your responsibility. Organizers are fully responsible for the conferences they submit, including the accuracy of dates, venues, fees, speakers, deadlines, publication claims and any invitation letters.
4.2 Listing rules. When you submit a conference, you confirm that:
the event is real and will take place as described
all information is truthful and not misleading
you have the right to publish the content, including logos, images and text
the listing does not break any law or anyone else’s rights
4.3 Review and removal. We review submissions before publishing them, but approval does not mean we verify or endorse an event. We may refuse, edit, unpublish or remove any listing at our discretion, including listings we believe are misleading, low quality, duplicated or fraudulent.
4.4 Archive. After a conference has taken place, its listing may move to our archive and remain publicly visible.
5. Invitation Letters and Visas
Invitation letters are issued by the event organizer, not by International Conference. An invitation letter does not guarantee a visa, travel approval or entry into any country. Visa decisions are made solely by the relevant government authorities.
6. Registration, Payments and Refunds
Registration, fees, payments, cancellations and refunds for any listed conference are handled directly between you and the organizer. 7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
post false, misleading, fraudulent or spam listings
impersonate any person, organization or conference

use the Site for any illegal purpose
8. Intellectual Property
The Site’s design, logo, text and software belong to International Conference or its licensors and are protected by law. You may not copy or reuse them without our permission.
When you submit content such as listing text, logos or images, you keep ownership of it. However, you give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display, reproduce, format and promote that content on the Site, in newsletters and on our social media channels.
9. Third-Party Links
The Site links to organizers’ websites and other third-party services. We do not control these sites and are not responsible for their content, accuracy or privacy practices. You visit them at your own risk.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Site and all listings are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that listing information is accurate, complete or current, or that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free. 11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, International Conference will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site or any listed event. This includes lost money, travel costs, visa refusals, and cancelled or changed conferences.
12. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless International Conference from any claims, losses or expenses, including legal fees, that arise from your use of the Site, your listings, or your breach of these Terms.
13. Termination
