FNH-2026

Dear Colleagues, On behalf of the Organizing Committee, it is our privilege to welcome you to the International Congress on Food, Nutrition and Health (FNH 2026), taking place December 2-4, 2026 in Singapore—a global crossroads of innovation, sustainability, and culinary diversity. We gather at a pivotal moment. Climate change, rising malnutrition, and technological disruption demand bold, collaborative solutions. Under our theme, "Driving Innovation in Food & Nutrition: Shaping a Sustainable Future," FNH 2026 unites scientists, industry pioneers, policymakers, clinicians, and entrepreneurs to transform challenges into opportunities. Over these three days, we will: Explore breakthrough science—from AI-driven food systems to precision nutrition and cellular agriculture; Forge sustainable pathways—scaling low-carbon supply chains, circular packaging, and equitable food policies; Spark actionable partnerships—bridging research, industry, and governance to accelerate global impact. Singapore—a leader in agri-food tech and sustainability—provides the ideal backdrop for this mission. As a nexus of Asia-Pacific innovation and international dialogue, we will harness its dynamic ecosystem to catalyze change. To all attendees: Your pioneering work holds the power to nourish both people and the planet. We urge you to engage deeply, challenge conventions, and co-create strategies that will redefine our food future. Join us from December 2-4, 2026 to turn vision into action, and science into solutions. Welcome to FNH 2026!
