Event Insights : Gain more knowledge on The 2026 ELI Annual Conference - for publication and research. The 2026 ELI Annual Conference will take place from 2–4 September 2026 in Paris. Preparations are already under way for what promises to be an exceptional event, dedicated to the rule of law, one of ELI’s core project pillars. We are particularly honoured that one of the keynote addresses will be delivered by Mathias Guyomar, President of the European Court of Human Rights, whose insights will undoubtedly enrich the discussions and underline the significance of this fundamental theme.
