Event Insights : Gain more knowledge on India BioImaging Western Chapter Microscopy and Image Analysis Training Course - for publication and research. This course will cover the fundamentals of light microscopy, including different light paths, contrast techniques, principles of fluorescence, imaging capabilities, and confocal microscopy. It will be followed by hands-on training on PSF measurement, multi-dimensional image acquisition, 3D reconstruction, etc. Participants will gain practical experience using advanced imaging modalities, including widefield, point scanning, and spinning disk confocal microscopes. The hands-on sessions will be supplemented with individual exercises, assignment submissions, and discussions to address any questions
