TSME-ICoME 2026

The abstract submission deadline for TSME-ICoME 2026 has been extended to July 24, 2026. Interested authors are encouraged to submit a concise English abstract of no more than 300 words, including the paper title, author names, affiliations, and keyword The abstract should clearly present the research objectives, methodology, and key findings. Notification of abstract acceptance for TSME-ICoME 2026 will be released by July 31, 2026. All submitted abstracts will be reviewed

Authors of accepted abstracts will receive an official acceptance email along with detailed instructions for full manuscript

Authors whose abstracts have been accepted are required to submit their full manuscripts by September 18, 2026. The manuscript must strictly follow the conference’s formatting and submission guidelines as specified in the Author Guidelines. All full papers will undergo a rigorous double-blind peer review process. Accepted papers will be included in the official conference proceedings and considered for indexing as applicable.

Notification of acceptance for full manuscripts submitted to TSME-ICoME 2026 will be released by October 23, 2026. Accepted papers—based on a thorough peer-review process—will be invited for presentation at the conference. Authors will receive reviewer feedback and, if applicable, revision instructions to ensure readiness for inclusion in the conference proceedings. Official notifications will be sent via the submission system and email.

Authors of accepted papers are required to submit the final camera-ready manuscript by November 6, 2026. The manuscript must incorporate all required revisions based on reviewer feedback and strictly follow the formatting guidelines provided by the conference. This version will be used for publication in the official TSME-ICoME 2026 proceedings.
