The Diversify Summit

We are living through overlapping challenges and contradictions, institutions under strain, trust eroding, technology accelerating beyond regulation, climate realities intensifying, and workplaces struggling to keep up with shifting expectations of dignity, power, and purpose.

This year’s summit is a space to move beyond diagnosis and into direction. To sit with what must be repaired, what needs to be reimagined, and what we must have the courage to recreate entirely.

Across four interconnected themes: Workplace, Health, Technology, and Climate, we will examine how systems are holding, where they are failing, and what it will take to build differently. Not in theory, but in practice.

This is not about easy answers. It is about sharper questions, clearer thinking, and more intentional action.

Work is being reshaped by AI, changing demographics and rising expectations around leadership, dignity and belonging.

What we’ll examine: The future of work in an era of AI and rapid technological advancement. Human and technical skills that’ll stand the test of time. Knowledge sharing from leading companies and thought-leaders reshaping leadership while keeping people at the centre. Inclusive and dignified workplaces at the intersection of interpersonal identities, demographics, technology and global systemic change.
