The 10th International Conference on Innovative Computing

The 10th International Conference on Innovative Computing (IC2027) is a key global event that brings together researchers, engineers, and scientists from academia and industry involved in recent advances in information technology, computer science, and engineering. The aim of the International Conference on Innovative Computing (IC Conference) is to serve as an open forum for sharing and discussing the latest results across all areas of computer science and engineering. This conference is expected to attract researchers and practitioners from both academia and industry to network and exchange ideas on the newest developments in the field.

The event will take place in Okinawa, Japan, from January 17 to 21, 2027, alongside Ubi-Media 2027.

We welcome proposals for special sessions on various topics related to artificial intelligence, soft computing, intelligent systems, perception, cognitive science, psychology, data analysis, and the Internet of Things (IoT). Individual submissions in these areas are also encouraged.

All accepted papers will be included in the conference proceedings as one of the Lecture Notes in Electrical Engineering (LNEE) series published by Springer (indexed by EI and SCOPUS). All submissions will undergo a rigorous double-blind peer-review process, and papers will be carefully evaluated based on originality, significance, technical soundness, presentation, and clarity of exposition. In addition, IC 2026 features a special publication model that allows authors to extend their conference works to high-quality journals and books after the conference. Selected high-quality and presented papers, with 30–40% extension and substantial revision, will be recommended to top-ranked journals. More details can be found on the conference website.

All manuscripts must be written in English. All figures, tables, captions, and other textual elements must also be in English.
