Palliative Care & Supportive Oncology at CIOC 2027

Supportive and palliative care are essential throughout the cancer journey and contribute significantly to symptom control, treatment tolerance, psychosocial well-being, and quality of life. This session explores multidisciplinary approaches that address the physical, psychological, nutritional, and supportive needs of individuals with cancer.

Abstracts may address cancer pain, symptom management, treatment toxicities, nutrition, psycho-oncology, supportive interventions, integrative care, communication, palliative medicine, and end-of-life care. Clinicians, nurses, psychologists, nutritionists, palliative-care professionals, and allied health specialists are encouraged to participate.
