Infectious Diseases Conference 2027

Where leading researchers, clinicians, epidemiologists, public health experts, and policy makers unite to advance global preparedness against emerging and re-emerging infectious threats.

The Infectious Diseases Conference 2027 (CVIC 2027) convenes the world's leading researchers, clinicians, epidemiologists, and policy makers from 50+ countries to confront the defining health challenge of our generation — the relentless evolution of infectious pathogens and the urgent need for coordinated global response.

Scheduled for July 28-29, 2027, at Chicago, USA, this two-day congress unites academia, industry, and public health under one mission: to bridge laboratory science, real-world surveillance, and decisive global strategy.

The post-pandemic era has reshaped infectious disease science — genomic surveillance is mainstream, AI drives outbreak prediction, and antimicrobial resistance threatens routine medicine. CVIC 2027 is where molecular discovery meets population-level impact.

A carefully designed program highlighting the most important developments shaping infectious disease research and practice.

Novel pathogens, zoonotic spillovers, and the resurgence of known threats — including respiratory viruses, vector-borne diseases, and outbreak hotspots.
