The IEEE Gujarat Section flagship international conference on "Innovating the Future of Technology"

IEEE GSCon 2027 (Conference Record #71435) is the flagship international conference of the IEEE Gujarat Section, bringing together researchers, industry experts, academicians, and students to share innovations and research. Hosted at Sardar Vallabhbhai National Institute of Technology, Surat, it focuses on the theme "Innovating the Future of Technology."

GSCON is an IEEE financially sponsored and approved conference, all accepted and presented papers meeting IEEE's quality and scope criteria will be submitted to the IEEE Xplore Digital Library. These papers are submitted for indexing to partner databases, including SCOPUS, , EI Compendex, and ISI Thomson’s Scientific and Technical Proceedings. Please note that external Abstracting & Indexing partners independently make all final coverage decisions.

IEEE Gujarat Section comes under Asia-Pacific Region, Region 10 of IEEE. In 2004 Gujarat Section was adjudged the Outstanding Small Section of Region 10. The section has emphasis on quality programmes and such programmes are regular features for professional development of its members. The section's participative philosophy allows students to make programmes as per their own need. The section encourages students and has instituted awards for student members.

Sardar Vallabhbhai National Institute of Technology Surat (SVNIT) is one of India's premier engineering institutes located in Surat, Gujarat. Established in 1961 as a Regional Engineering College, it was later granted the status of a National Institute of Technology (NIT). The institute is known for excellence in engineering education, research, and innovation. SVNIT offers undergraduate, postgraduate, and doctoral programs in various fields of engineering, science, and technology.
