ICSIM 2027

The Organizing Committee is pleased to announce that the 2027 The 10th International Conference on Software Engineering and Information Management (ICSIM 2027) will be held in Tokyo, Japan, on January 20-22, 2027, which is sponsored by The University of Electro-Communications, Japan.

Tokyo, the bustling capital of Japan and a global powerhouse of innovation, serves as an unparalleled backdrop for our conference. As a premier global hub for finance, technology, and academia, Tokyo is home to world-leading research institutions and a thriving ecosystem of tech pioneers. Its world-class infrastructure and vibrant energy provide an inspiring environment for professionals and researchers to gather, exchange groundbreaking ideas, and shape the future of software engineering and information management.

ICSIM was initiated in Casablanca, Morocco in 2018, and has since been held in Bali, Indonesia (2019), Sydney, Australia (2020), Yokohama, Japan virtually (2021-2022), Palmerston North, New Zealand (2023), Fiji (2024), Singapore (2025), and Yokohama, Japan (2026). The conference has grown year after year, attracting a diverse range of participants from around the world.

Starting from ICSIM 2027, accepted papers will be Peer-Reviewed (Double Blind) and collected in the IET conference proceedings, and submitted for indexing by EI Compendex and Scopus, etc. ICSIM 2018-2026 papers are all indexed by EI Compendex and Scopus already.

* Only an abstract is required if one does not wish to publish the paper in the conference proceedings; otherwise, please submit a full paper.
