ICBME 2026

ICBME 2026 is conceived as a collective, whole-of-biomedical-engineering effort to shape the future of global healthcare. As healthcare systems worldwide confront increasing complexity, biomedical engineering stands at the intersection of engineering innovation, clinical translation and societal impact. This conference brings together researchers, clinicians, engineers, industry leaders, solution providers and students to exchange ideas, align perspectives and advance solutions that matter at scale.

The programme will feature plenary, keynote, and invited lectures, scientific sessions, panel discussions, exhibitions, competitions and extensive networking opportunities. Together, these activities form an integrated platform for knowledge exchange, collaboration, and partnership, spanning discovery, translation and real-world deployment.

We look forward to welcoming you to ICBME 2026 in Singapore, as we come together as a global biomedical engineering community to imagine, design and deliver the next generation of healthcare solutions.

Since then, the conference has grown in prominence and now draws over 600 delegates from over 30 countries.

Organised jointly by the National University of Singapore and the Biomedical Engineering Society (Singapore), ICBME is one of the most recognised academic conferences in biomedical engineering.
