We are pleased to invite you to the 9th International Conference on Advances in Civil and Ecological Engineering Research (ACEER 2027), to be held from August 17 to 20, 2027, at Hannan University, Osaka, Japan.

The conference is organized by Hannan University, serving as a premier international platform for scientists, researchers, scholars, and engineers to present cutting-edge research, exchange innovative ideas, and share practical experiences in the fields of Civil, Environmental, and Ecological Engineering. As the host institution, Hannan University has a long-standing commitment to academic excellence and international collaboration. Founded in 1951 and formally established as a university in 1965, it has approximately 5,000 undergraduates and operates on two campuses: the Main Campus in Matsubara and the Abeno Harukas Campus in Tennoji, Osaka. Guided by its founding philosophy of "cultivating internationally-minded human resources for the modern economy," the university combines Osaka's traditional commercial heritage with a global perspective.

The conference features keynote speeches, invited talks, oral presentations, and poster sessions. Building on the success of previous editions — ACEER 2026 in Macao; ACEER 2025 in Matsue, Japan; ACEER 2024 in Beijing; ACEER 2023 in Macao; ACEER 2022, 2021, and 2020 held online; and ACEER 2019 in Kaohsiung, Taiwan — ACEER 2027 continues to bring together leading experts and emerging scholars from around the world to foster academic exchange and global collaboration.

All accepted papers of ACEER 2027 will be published in Lecture Notes in Civil Engineering (LNCE), a book series by Springer, indexed by Scopus and EI Compendex.
