The conference is fully in person. There is no online presentation option. A qualified substitute presenter may present in person with prior approval. See the Substitute Presenter Policy.

One presenting-author registration is required per accepted paper. Co-author and participant registration at reduced fees will open after the presenting-author registration period closes.

Pay the author registration fee and complete the Google Form, indicating any accommodation or transport assistance required.

Accommodation is not included in the registration fee and will be charged separately.

Complimentary pickup and drop-off services between Pilani and Delhi, Jaipur, Loharu, and Chirawa are planned on selected days and at designated timings around the conference, subject to demand from registered participants. Transport at other times may be arranged on a payment basis upon request.
