We are pleased to announce that the next Food System Microbiomes Conference will take place in Paris, France, from 18-21 October 2027.
Following the successful FSM conferences in Torino and Wageningen, FSM 2027 will once again bring together an international and interdisciplinary community working on microbiomes across the food system. The conference will provide a platform for scientific exchange, networking and collaboration between researchers, industry representatives, policy stakeholders and early-career researchers.
The programme is currently under development and will address microbiomes across different segments of the food system, including agriculture, food production, fermentation, food safety, human and animal health, sustainability, enabling infrastructures, and policy and regulatory aspects. Further information on the programme, registration, abstract submission and practical details will be shared in due course.
