Miranda Savage is a senior Civil Service leader and experienced digital transformation specialist, with a track record of delivering complex, user-centred change across government and the public sector. Miranda specialises in digital product leadership, service transformation, organisational change, and building high-performing teams. 

She leads the Trade and Regulatory Services portfolio at UK Govt’s Department for Business, Innovation, Science and Trade. Her teams are responsible for digital services that support businesses in navigating trade and regulatory requirements, underpinning the UK’s economic growth and trade ambitions. This includes work to modernise the licensing regime, overhauling the current fragmented experience for businesses. 

Neil Duggan is Service Owner for mygov services in the Digital Directorate of the Scottish Government, responsible for delivering the capabilities and infrastructure that will enable personalised content and services across the mygov.scot website, mygov apps and other channels. Before this he worked in product roles on the Scottish Government reusable components, delivering the Digital Mailbox service and identity verification for ScotAccount. 

Ms Goodlad studied Geology and Chemistry at the University of Glasgow and completed a Masters degree in Petroleum Geology at Imperial College London. 

Prior to entering politics, Ms Goodlad worked internationally in the energy industry for Norway’s state energy company, Equinor and held senior leadership roles in renewables and hydrocarbons across the company. She is also co-founder of Scotland’s first outdoor sauna company.
