Dementia Prevention Research Forum

The Australasian Dementia Research Forum (ADRF) is the premier annual event bringing together researchers, clinicians, health professionals, policy makers, and people living with dementia, their families and carers. As Australia’s leading dementia research forum, ADRF provides a vital platform to share the latest discoveries, innovations and best practice across the full spectrum of dementia, from dementia prevention and risk reduction through to diagnosis, treatment and post-diagnostic care.

ADRF2027 will be held in person at Crown Towers Perth, Western Australia, from 31 May to 2 June 2027. This year’s theme, Connecting Research and Practice Across Australasia: Transforming Dementia Prevention, Diagnosis and Care, focuses on turning research evidence into real-world impact. The Forum will bring together national and international experts to explore advances in dementia prevention research, brain health, early detection, and models of care, while fostering collaboration between researchers, clinicians and communities across Australia, New Zealand and the wider region.
