The Argus Rare Earths & Critical Minerals Conference will take place in Washington, DC on March 2-3, 2027, bringing together industry leaders, policymakers, investors and end users to address the challenges shaping critical mineral supply chains.

As export controls, geopolitical tensions and supply chain concentration reshape global markets, governments and industry are accelerating efforts to secure access to rare earths and strategic materials critical to defense, semiconductors, robotics, AI infrastructure and advanced manufacturing.

The conference will explore the commercial, policy and strategic challenges of building resilient non-China supply chains across rare earths and critical minerals, with discussions covering supply chain diversification, processing and refining, pricing and commercial viability, government policy, financing, recycling and downstream procurement.

Attendees will gain valuable insight into how these markets are evolving – and what is required to build secure and commercially viable non-China supply chains.
