The Institute for Quantitative Research in Europe (Inquire Europe) is a cooperative, non-profit professional organization which was founded in Berlin in 1990. The institute was established to unite investment professionals interested in the development of quantitative solutions to financial and investment problems. 

Our purpose is to improve investment decisions by sharing relevant scientific knowledge in an independent European community. We encourage the practical application of advanced quantitative methods in investment management and we support applied research in finance.
