Established in 1994 as the sixth IIT, the Indian Institute of Technology Guwahati is a leading centre of excellence in engineering, science, healthcare, management, and humanities. With world-class research infrastructure and a scenic 285-hectare campus on the banks of the Brahmaputra, IIT Guwahati plays a pivotal role in advancing research and innovation.

Established in 2014, the Centre for Linguistic Science and Technology (CLST) is an interdisciplinary hub advancing language science and technology, with a focus on the languages of North-East India. CLST brings together researchers from multiple fields to bridge linguistics, AI, and computational modeling. The Centre develops linguistic resources, tools, and corpora to support research, language preservation, and inclusive technologies for under-resourced languages.

ICMC 2027 seeks to unite early-career and established scientists, alongside developers, to promote collaboration, stimulate innovative thinking, and strengthen academic–industry engagement in Computational and Applied Mathematics.

The proceedings of ICMC 2027 will be published in Springer’s Lecture Notes in Networks and Systems (LNNS) book series.
